Richard Hanson (1969),obtained his Master in Business Administration degree from the University of the Netherlands Antilles (UNA Curises) in collaboration with the University of Colorado and the University of Nyenrode.

Richard started his professional career in 1992 as an auditor at Ernst & Young Netherlands Antilles and Aruba, but quickly moved to Curacao International Airport (Curinta) N.V. as an internal auditor.

In 2001 he became a member of the G3 restructuring team and was specifically responsible for the human resource challenges of the integration of Hadco N.V. and Curinta N.V.

In 2003 Richard became the Financial and Quality Auditor, subsequently the Manager Finance and Internal Audit and finally the Financial Controller of Curacao Airport Partners (Alterra Management). In his time with this organization he was responsible among others for the development and implementation of financial and commercial modelling, internal audit programs, budget control procedures, forecasting models, IFRS, and quality control.

In 2007 Richard decided to start with Hands- on Solutions N.V. servicing all kinds of companies and individuals with his knowledge.
